The tabletop is supported by thin cutoffs of a bridge beam.
Heavy beams are scrapped in lengths of less than ten feet, and
we make use of these remainders. Below the tabletop of clear ash
a red shelf is formed from an aluminum plate. The shelf braces the
beam legs.
